Programs
Safety Program
Florida employers are permitted to implement a Safety Program and are eligible to receive up to a 2% premium credit on a qualified program. A self-insurer that implements such a program, and provides the application to the Division, is also eligible to receive this premium credit
Work Place Drug Free Program
Florida employers are permitted to implement a Drug–Free Workplace Program and are eligible to receive up to a 5% premium credit on a qualified program. A self-insurer that implements such a program, and provides the application to the Division, is also eligible to receive this premium credit.
Certified Safety Program
Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) are persons who perform at least 50% of professional level safety duties, including making worksite assessments to determine risks, assessing potential hazards and controls, evaluating risks and hazard control measures, investigating incidents, maintaining and evaluating incident
Implementation & Certification of Workers Compensation Regulations
Construction Employers who have 1 or more employees, including any non-exempt business owners.
